Absolutely! You have the option to modify your login credentials by navigating to the ‘Account section located in the upper right-hand corner of the page, then in Home tab, scroll to the bottom of the page, click Change Username / Password and changing your username and password accordingly.

Your credit card payment info can be changed by going to ‘Account’ then ‘Subscriptions’

The answers to your renewal process questions can be seen by your ABA sponsor and website admins only.  Your ABA sponsor may share your answers with your Business Advisor so that they can best help you create a plan for your business and goals.

To modify your goals, kindly access the ‘my account’ section and proceed to the ‘goals’ tab, where you can conveniently make any necessary adjustments to your goals. It’s important to note that updating your goals will not affect any other aspect of your account, and its impact will be limited to updating your answers to the pertinent questions. Your sponsor is there to answer any questions you may have about the academy and how to utilize the training to best achieve your results

Situation 1 – If you are showing the incorrect sponsor in your dashboard it may be an issue with your cookies.  Please delete your cookies and cache from your browser and check again. In this case you are still connected to the right sponsor.

Situation 2 – If you clicked person #1’s link and then later purchased your membership from person #2’s link, you will still be connected to person #1’s link through your cookies.  In this case, person #1 is your correct sponsor because of the cookies ‘First Touch’ rule.

When a new member signs up, they have the option to complete a business advisor call. 

They are a highly trained sales leader that provides exceptional customer service to your new members, and supports you in growing your team.

If you have scheduled a call, the date, time, and the person you’ll be speaking with will be displayed on your dashboard at my.activatebreakthrough.com. You can then choose to either ‘reschedule’ or ‘cancel’ the call, based on your preference. It’s important to note that calls cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled call time (unless you’re terminating your membership). In such cases, a fee may be imposed on your sponsor, so we kindly request that you speak with your sponsor and ensure that they understand the terms and conditions of our Business Advisor policy. If you have any queries or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is always ready to assist you in any way we can.

The details of the person you are scheduled to speak with for your call will be available on your dashboard under the ‘YOUR BUSINESS ADVISOR’ section. Once you have accessed this information, you can click on their Facebook URL if it is linked and connect with them or alternatively, email them. In addition to this, your sponsor will also connect you in a three-way chat to ensure seamless communication.

To manage your business advisor call settings, please navigate to your account and select ‘business advisor’. From there, you can edit the information of your business advisor. If you you would like to be registered as a Business Advisor and wish to conduct your own calls, please consult with your current business advisorand/or sponsor before making any changes to your settings. This will enable you to make your own calls and take charge of your business with ease.

To cancel your membership, please navigate in the top menu to ‘ACCOUNT’ and select ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ on the right hand side you can click ‘CANCEL’.  If you require any further assistance or have any questions regarding the cancellation process, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team.

An affiliate, as defined by Activate Breakthrough, is an individual who has registered to receive commissions for promoting Activate Breakthrough. Affiliates have the opportunity to earn commissions for members who join via their Affiliate Links, as explained above.

To access your affiliate links, please navigate to the “Affiliates” section located on the top menu bar, and then select “Settings” then select “Advertising Links”.

Each link is accompanied by an explanation at the top of the page. Alternatively, if you want to provide someone with a direct link to sign up for the program, please use the “Direct Checkout” link.

Our affiliate tracking system works based on the “first touch” rule. This means that the affiliate link that the lead clicks on first  is the one that will be associated with their account when signing up.

For example, if Steve clicks on Mary’s affiliate link to watch a webinar and then goes directly to the checkout page using the link “join.activatebreakthrough.com”, Mary will still be Steve’s sponsor as the last affiliate link that Steve touched was Marys.

However, if Jane clicks on Sarah’s affiliate link and then clicks on Jo’s link before signing up, Sara would be Janes’s sponsor as Sarah’s link was the first one that was clicked.

To access your member and lead information, please navigate to the ‘affiliates’ tab in the top menu bar, then click on ‘leads’ or ‘sales’.

Sales refer to individuals who have signed up for a paid membership using your unique ‘Activate Breakthrough’ affiliate link. Leads, on the other hand, are individuals who have registered their name and email using your ‘WELCOME’ page affiliate link but have not yet signed up for a paid membership.

The referral commission rate is 30% of your customers paid subscription less processing fees and is paid monthly as long as your sale still has an active subscription that they are paying for.
